Founder of Precium Capital Partners. Track record of M&A and capital advisory transactions exceeding R10 billion within road infrastructure and retail sectors, including complex cross-border deals involving multi-jurisdictional regulatory approvals and distressed asset situations. Extensive experience structuring hybrid equity alongside senior and mezzanine lenders, with particular depth in intercreditor frameworks and downside protection mechanics.

Former corporate M&A attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright turned transaction executive with over R15 billion in closed deals across rail, road, energy, and retail sectors. 13 years of experience closing complex, high-value transactions across Europe and South Africa, with specialist expertise in joint ventures, commercial structuring, and high-stakes negotiations. Currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Bombela Concession Company, the concessionaire for South Africa's Gautrain rapid rail system. Admitted Attorney of the High Court.

Investment professional with over a decade of experience in private equity and unlisted investments at one of the top 150 largest asset managers in the world. Currently a Portfolio Manager covering unlisted investments, with experience across private equity and structured products in infrastructure, financial services, and property sectors. Has worked on transactions with an aggregate completed value of approximately R5 billion and currently monitors portfolio exposure in excess of R20 billion, within highly governed institutional investment environments.
